HOH intend to act in their client's best interests at all times - in fact we are committed to it.

Unfortunately, as a hosting company we are at the forefront of any new laws being passed to cover illegal activity on the internet. Whilst we aggressively protect our client's privacy we can be held accountable by law for any illegal material held on our servers.

Therefore we must explicitly state that HOH reserve the right to shut down and delete any content that does not meet it's acceptable usage policy. This includes:

- sexually explicit content (including minors)
- content known as WAREZ
- content that infringes copyright (MP3s etc)
- content that we are asked to remove by any UK based court.
